Currently leading the company in its first out-of-state expansion, Jonathan—a Long Island native—is navigating the waters of a new market for Signature Premier Properties with his team in Florida. Closing sales just shy of $175,000,000 in sales volume in 2022, The O’Neil Team, ascertains client criteria and leverages their collective market knowledge from Manhattan to Montauk and now Florida, to quickly identify any client need.
Jonathan is not only known as a reliable team leader and our in-house motivational speaker, but is known widely by customers, the community, and the industry at large for the relationships he builds and fosters. In 2022, he was able to triple his business in a foreign market by helping Nor-Eastern clients relocate to Florida.
